Estates of Acqualina

Estates of Acqualina

The Estates of Acqualina will be a collection of curated homes and penthouses managed by Acqualina Resort & Residences, located in Sunny Isles, Miami, Florida. TripAdvisor recently named the existing location as the number one luxury beachfront resort in the continental U.S. owing to its exclusive design, five-star services, and amenities.

The development is the brainchild of developers and owners Eddie and Jules Trump. The duo saw an opportunity to offer residents in the area a level of service that simply isn’t available in other accommodations. The pair started with a patch of bare dirt and transformed it into Florida’s version of the French Riviera, offering residents a level of luxury they could “aspire to,” something special beyond the norm.

The Florida Riviera connotes Acqualina’s relaxed and chic way of life. The Trumps took inspiration from some of the great designers in history and enlisted Sofia Loren as part of the team. The Italian actress helped to give the development a quintessentially European feel, ensuring it remained authentic to the original vision.

As the Trumps moved to develop the beachfront Estates of Acqualina, they abided by three principles: art, architecture, and lifestyle. The new development will comprise two towers with soaring views over the Atlantic Ocean and a “Circus Maximus,” with an enormous array of amenities for residents. Existing development on the site offers around 750 feet of beachfront, but that will rise to more than 1,200 feet once the new buildings are complete. The developers believe the proposed site will offer a hitherto unseen style of living, offering an extraordinary experience.

Residences

Estates of Acqualina comprise a series of exclusive and luxurious residences set across two towers and estates. The development regularly lists available properties and showcases units to buy. More than 247 luxurious residences will offer between three and seven bedrooms to guests of sufficient means.
