Pinellas Park Florida

Officially incorporated in 1914, Pinellas Park is a city just north of Clearwater on the St. Petersburg/Clearwater Bay which stretches the width between Tampa and Ft. Lauderdale. With a population of about 53,000 people recorded in 2019, Pinellas Park is a multicultural community nestled in the heart of one of the largest Metropolitan areas in the State of Florida, Pinellas County.

The city was originally founded by F.A Davis, who purchased about 12,800 acres of land in the area in 1911. Pinellas Park also operated a railroad in the region in the early 70s, and saw a population boom leading up to modern times.

Pinellas Park is a great place for families with young children. The parks, natural areas and countryside are perfect for outdoor play. The quiet residential streets make it an attractive place to raise a family. Some of the top sights to explore in Pinellas Park include the Tampa Bay Automobile Museum, a local museum that features a rich exhibit of vintage cars, automobiles and other classic vehicles on display.

The Sawgrass Lake, a local lakeside park that also has a garden for outdoor activities and fun. Freedom Lake Park, another waterside resort with a play area and outdoor space for picnics, and the Tampa Bay Grand Prix, an indoor sports venue that is dedicated to go-karts and go-kart racing.
