Cutler Bay Florida is a town in Miami, Florida that is located in Miami-Dade County, to the West of Biscayne Bay and near Princeton. The history of the town dates back to the early 1880s visit of Dr. William Cutler. The town with the current name was incorporated in 2005.

As of 2017, the population of the area is about 45,101 people. A majority of the people living in this town are Hispanic and Caucasian Whites. The areas that were formerly known as Cutler Ridge and the Lakes by the Bay area to the West and East of the town respectively.

The economy of Cutler Bay is thriving along with those of the other areas of the county; the median household income is generally a bit greater than the average of Florida. The public school system of the area is controlled by the Miami-Dade County Schools system. College of Business and Technology Miami, Florida has one of its campuses and corporate offices in this town.

There are plenty of places worth visiting in this area that include: Zoo Miami, Deering Estate, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden, Fruit, and Spice Park. For shopping, there are plenty of options available with the Falls Shopping Center, Southland Mall, and Dadeland Mall.
